Our Values

Over the past eight years, the Trust have prioritised pupils and delivered exceptional learning opportunities for each child, while remaining steadfast in our commitment to our values: giving our pupils the best start in life, fostering a collaborative community of great schools, doing what is right and making a positive impact on the lives of the children and families within our communities.

At Brontë Academy Trust, our values guide our decision making, define our beliefs and help foster a strong culture.

At Brontë Academy Trust:

Authenticity and honesty shape our interactions. Respect and care for others underscores our commitment to doing what's right.

'We make a difference'

Passion, resilience and the courage to take action, ensures we have the greatest possible impact.

Our Ethos

Brontë Academy Trust schools add value to each other: each individual school context is important and celebrated, but every Brontë school works collaboratively as part of a team towards our common purpose. As a result, we feel a sense of collective responsibility and mutual accountability towards each other and strive for continuous improvement in everything that we do.

Our Equality Statement

Our Aim

We are determined to develop a culture of inclusion and diversity in which all those connected to the school and Trust feel proud of their identity and ability to participate fully in school life.

Trust Equality Objective
