Our Strategy
Brontë Academy Trust's strategic plan is a future roadmap of the Trust and is a response to the current challenges we face. It is agreed by the Trust’s members, trustees, executive leaders and staff. Three guiding principles form the strategic pillars of how we move forward to achieve our core purpose:

Continuous learning, a healthy workplace, collaboration and creativity lead us to new opportunities.
Quality-services and support structures keep our schools legal, financially robust, sustainable and continually improving.
